The Wetaskiwin Public Library is looking for students to fill summer and part-time vacancies smiley  We are seeking a Summer Reading Club Assistant, as well as a student page. The library board is currently seeking volunteers from the community to become board members. Citizen appointments occur at various times depending on the terms of the positions available. If you are interested in helping guide the Wetaskiwin Public Library toward the future, please call the library at 780-361-4446 or City Hall at 780-361-4400.

Please note the library hours for Christmas 

Closed - December 23rd, December 24th, December 26th,December 27th, and January 2, 2017.

We will be closing at 2pm on December 31st. New Year's Eve.

A new fundraising idea has brought the smell of Grandma's kitchen to the library. Otis Spunkmeyer cookies will be sold in the library baked fresh several times a day for $1.00 each.

Sugar free cookies also available.
