The Wetaskiwin Public Library is a member of Yellowhead Regional Library, and participates in both The Regional Automation Consortium (TRAC) and The Alberta Library (TAL). Our participation in these initiatives gives our patrons access to 15 million items in over 230 Alberta libraries. We offer library programs for children, adults, and seniors.
Residents of the City of Wetaskiwin and the County of Wetaskiwin may acquire a free library membership by visiting our library and presenting proper address identification. Any questions regarding acceptable forms of indentification can be answered by our customer service staff at 780-361-4446.
Your library card is also your (TAL) card (Alberta Library card). As a member of the Wetaskiwin Public Library, you may borrow and return books at any participating Alberta library.
If you lose your library card please contact the library immediately to avoid the unauthorized use of your library card.
If you move or change your phone number please notify us as soon as possible in order to keep your account up to date.
To borrow items from the library, you must have your card present.
